Chris Zeuner has been appointed a Non-Executive Director at 7R - one of Poland’s most active and fastest-growing logistics and warehouse developers. His expertise and strong pan-European experience will support 7R’s ambitious development targets and the company’s growth strategy for the upcoming years.
Chris Zeuner takes on this non-executive position at 7R while remaining fully committed to his current role of Head of Europe at Amstar, where he is responsible for managing the company’s international platform, primarily in Central & Eastern Europe.
7R has so far completed the development of over 400,000 sqm of Class A logistics space in Poland and has over 700,000 sqm in the pipeline. Since 2018 the company has been developing its pioneering urban warehouse concept in Poland - 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience of investing in and managing commercial real estate. Prior to joining Amstar in 2017, he was head of LaSalle Investment Management’s Central European business, managing director at JER Partners and head of CEE acquisitions and business development at GE Real Estate.
