7R will make its debut on the Lublin market. The planned investment – 7R Park Lublin – will be a complex of modern warehouse facilities located in the industrial part of the city.


The 7R Park Lublin logistics complex will consist of five buildings with a total area of ​​approx. 110,000 sqm. The project is currently in the planning and design phase.

“Poland is an important logistics hub in Central and Eastern Europe. The growing regionalization of distribution centres is a key element of adapting the supply chain to the market’s rapidly changing needs. We also expect that the trend of moving production lines from Asia back to Europe will become more marked in the long term. As a consequence, the demand for industrial and warehouse space will increase throughout the country, including in eastern Poland. The developing road infrastructure and employee availability in the region are factors that will certainly attract investors to Lublin,” says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, Member of the Board and Head of Development at 7R.

The location of the 7R Park Lublin complex, only 3 km from the city’s ring road, means that the development will be within easy reach of the S12 and S19 expressways. The city's highway and rail network will enable the park’s tenants to carry out effective logistics operations within the country and beyond its eastern border. The investment plot in the industrial district, close to the city centre, allows for the implementation of urban warehouses solutions.

“Our Lublin complex, due to its location in the city, will offer a range of multi-functional facilities. This will include large warehouse halls as well as areas adapted for light production operations, and small units of about 2,000 sqm, which are a unique feature of our City Flex urban warehouses. By combining different types of buildings in one logistics park, we will create a flexible offer which will meet the diverse needs of tenants,” adds Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing in 7R.

The developer was supported by CBRE in the analysis of the economic potential and the choice of location for a new project.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
