It is situated 25 minutes from Prague city centre and within reach of Dresden (101 km), Pardubice (122 km), Pilsen (125 km), Brno (238 km), and Wroclaw (280 km).
The industrial park features two modern warehouses of 44,000 sqm and 12,000 sqm, offering 68 docks and 12 m clear height. They will be developed according to ESG practices, including preparation for photovoltaic and heat pump installations, energy-efficient LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and biodiverse landscaping.
