Gábor Futó is the co-owner and co-founder of Futureal Group, a company he established with his father, Dr. Péter Futó, and which has become one of the leading real estate developers and investors in the Central European region over the past two decades. Today, Futureal Group is one of Europe's 10 largest real estate developers with €1.4 billion worth of completed projects and a further €2.8 billion of projects in the pipeline. The company’s investment portfolio includes mixed-use urban regeneration projects, residential, retail and office developments, commercial real estate investments and various structured finance schemes. One of the enterprise's most prominent projects is the international award-winning Corvin Promenade in Budapest, the largest mixed-use urban renewal development in Central Europe. Gábor Futó, a former gold medallist of the International Mathematical Olympiad, graduated in mathematics from Eötvös Loránd University in 1999, obtained an MBA from the Budapest University of Economics and Business in 2000, and continued his studies on the field at the joint programme of Harvard University's Ph.D. in Economics and Harvard Business School from 2000-2001.
