Knight Frank has been appointed leading agent by Skanska to commercialize the retail ground floors of all five buildings of the High5ive complex in Kraków. The project developed by Skanska Property Poland will be handed over for use in stages. The first stage, which will include two buildings right next to the Galeria Krakowska shopping centre, is scheduled for the end of 2017.

The High5ive complex will be located along Pawia Street in a so far undeveloped quarter next to the Kraków Główny railway station. According to the schedule, the first two buildings located between Galeria Krakowska and the Ibis hotel will be open at the turn of 2017 and 2018. The total area of the complex will be approximately 70,000 s m, of which 7,000 sqm will be dedicated for retail and service premises as well as entertainment and relax zones open to all.

“The vision of commercialization we propose is crafted to suit a lively and vibrant place. The retail areas will offer new shopping opportunities with brands entering the area for the first time and expanding the existing offer. The city-making aspect is also important for us. We want High5ive to become a meeting place, so our rich food offer and spaces inviting you to spend time in the complex will reflect that. We will search for partners who have an idea of how to use this space appropriately”, said Marta Keszkowska, Leasing Manager, Retail Agency at Knight Frank.
