CTP broke ground on its first Polish development in the city of Opole. Initially a 13,000 sqm facility will be built for a long-term client, International Automotive Components.  With additional land available, the park has a planned built-up area of nearly 71,000 sqm.


CTP continues to seek both acquisition and development opportunities in strategic Polish cities to strengthen its presence in the country. The park will have the total size of 13,9 ha with 55,000 sqm planned.

CTPark Opole is located in the North West part of the city with direct access to the northern ring road connecting Opole with the A4 highway, linking it with Central Poland. Park is located in the middle of Special Economic Zone of Opole which provides corporate income tax related incentives.
